Below you can find a document issued from the FCC reguarding RFI interference. Please read the complete document as you may find this to be useful information in resolving RFI issues.
In some instances, a neighbor may revert to malisous damage, inform them that tampering with an amateur radio station licensed by the FCC, it is a Federal Offence, and considered a federal felony and punishable by up to a $10,000 and/or a five year prision sentance. Visit www.fcc.gov for more information.

INTERFERENCE TO HOME ELECTRONIC ENTERTAINMENT EQUIPMENT
_______________________________________________________________Interference to telephone and other home electronic equipment (HEEE)
is not considered a violation according to FCC rules, however, the
FCC can provide you with information that may help you resolve
interference to your home electronic equipment. The FCC receives many thousands of complaints about interference to
telephones, televisions, radios and other home electronic
equipment annually. We have found in the great majority of these
cases the source of the problem is that the recipent's electronic
equipment was not adequately designed with circuitry of filtering
to reject the unwanted signals from nearby transmitters. Telephones,
stereos, televisions, computers and VCRs should
signal than the manufacturer anticipated when it designed the notreceive the signals from outside sources. If they receive these signals it is
an indication that either they are not functioning properly or they
are being operated in closer proximity to the neighboring radio product.Certain low-powered devices such as door opening devices, car
alarms, remote switches, baby monitors and similar devices are
small low power transmitters that do not require an FCC license.
Rules regarding these devices are found in Part 15 of the FCC
Rules (47 CFR 15)These devices must not cause interference and they must accept
interference from other licensed and certified radio frequency
sources. This means that many home electronic and other low
power devices are not protected from outside frequency interference.Part 15 devices may include: cordless phones, garage door openers,
CD players, personal computers and peripherals, baby monitors,
DVD players, cash registers, video game units and 2.4GHz wireless
LAN (local area network) systems. The Commission receives many thousands of complaints about inter-
ference to telephones, televisions, radios and other home electronic
equipment annually. We have found in the great majority of these
cases the source of the problem is that the recipent's electronic
equipment was not adequately designed with circuitry of filtering
to reject the unwanted signals from nearby transmitters. Telephones,
stereos, televisions, computers and VCRs should not receive the
signals from outside sources. If they receive these signals it is
an indication that either they are not functioning properly or they
are being operated in closer proximity to the neighboring radio
signal than the manufacturer anticipated when it designed the product. The existence of interference to telephones or other home electronic
equipment is not in and of itself an indication that a radio trans-
mitter operator is violating any FCC rules. Telephones and other
home electronic equipment sometimes respond to the signals of properly
operating transmitters. When a consumer's telephone or home electronic
equipment improperly responds to the signals of a nearby radio trans-
mitter, the FCC recommends that the consumer contact the store from
when he or she purchased the equipment and/or the manufacturer of
the equipment to seek resolution of the interference problem with the
device.Further information on interference is available on the Commission's
web site at: http://www.fcc.gov/cib/faqs/faq-radio.html orhttp://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_01/47cfr15_01.html
